1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Jayne Bryant AM, Julie Morgan AM and Angela Burns AM and Suzy Davies AM substituted for Angela Burns AM.
2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Services, the Minister for Children and Social Care and their officials.
2.2 The Minister agreed to provide the Committee with further information to clarify if the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 allows for pooling from other sources in a similar way to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
2.3 The Cabinet Secretary agreed to provide the Committee with further information outlining the proposals he has approved as to how health boards will utilise the additional investment to reduce waiting times.
3.1a The Committee noted the additional information from the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales in relation to the inquiry into the use of antipsychotic medication in care homes.
3.2a The Committee noted the additional information from Hywel Dda University Health Board and Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in relation to the inquiry into the use of antipsychotic medication in care homes.
3.3a The Committee noted the additional information from the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists in relation to the inquiry into the use of antipsychotic medication in care homes.
3.4a The Committee noted the letter from the Cabinet Secretary for Health, Well-being and Sport regarding cancer waiting times.
4.1 The Committee agreed the motion.
